Hi all,

the captive portal bugs in 1.23b3 have been fixed, and m0n0wall
1.23b4 has just been released. The time zone data has also been
updated to reflect US/Canada DST changes.

I hope that no further fixes in the 1.23b branch will be necessary
now and that 1.23b4 can be re-released as 1.23 with no or only minor
modifications in a few weeks, so that we finally have a new "stable"
release and can focus on improving 1.3b.
