Subject:  Bug report ? Admin interface crashes after "writing" config to a read-only floppy
 Date:  Tue, 20 Apr 2004 13:21:36 +0200
Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else had had this issue: it occurs when I try
to save
any part of my config while the floppy is write protected. The server
returns an
error message concerning failed I/O, and then I can not access it any
longer and
have to reboot... Actually I can access the server (prompts for
certificate validation,
then credentials) but after that nothing, it just times out...)
Any idea (outside of setting the floppy R/W ;) ) ? Anyway, it's not that
I could reproduce this with both 1 and 1.1B1 cdrom versions...

Oh and btw, would anyone know how to accept the certificate of the
monowall only once ?
Even if I "install" it on the client, it re-asks for certificate
validation later on
(new session). Shouldn't it be stored with my IE certificates once
installed ?

Last question, how to modify default rules ? They are not listed in the
rules set and
interfere with my other rules ... (like accepting dhcp for example, or
other "default"
rules that can be seen in the /status.php page).
