Yeah, looks like Dinesh assumed that the rule sort call on the edit
page had been accidentally left in there. Same goes for the Allowed
IP addresses page. I put them back in now, so the next beta will be
OK. We could also number the rules after they've been read from the
XML and then sort them, but it doesn't really make a big difference.
