For those who wish to test, but don't want to patch, here is a quick way
to give it a run:

Go to http://kearneylug.org/downloads/ and download anything with a .php
or a .inc extension to a temporary folder on your PC.

Load up the exec.php page on your m0n0wall, and upload all the files to
your m0n0wall.  Now issue the following commands through the exec.php
frontend:

mv /tmp/shaper.inc /etc/inc/shaper.inc
mv *.php *.inc /usr/local/www/

You should now have the Magic tab available on the Shaper config.

Once you reboot, you will need to repeat the above process.
