I have a user that is downloading from the Internet and it doesn't seem like the traffic shaper is
working correctly.

I have applied the default ruleset using the wizard in the m0n0wall interface.

I have also specified his IP address to be limited on outbound connections going to any where.

Does anyone know of a sure fire technique that will limit all activity from this node so it doesn't
kill my other WiFi connections?
