Technically seen this is always possible since NAT is a 1-to-1 IP
translation...
You are talking about PAT or P-NAT.
Well, communications over a double PAT sounds for me like IP over ICMP
and RCP over HTTP and other similar "way to let the world turn in the
other sense"
