care' or a 'This field is optional'/non-bold title/something else to
indicate that the question is optional.
Yes, it says it at the top, but most people don't read the
instructions/explanations. Even if they do, by the time that they get
down to question 18 of so, they don't remember.
Also, some of the yes/no questions really do merit a Don't know/Don't
care type of answer.
As a side note, I'd like to see a question about the back-end
protocol... something like XML-RPC/SOAP/Other: please specify. Someone
may have a genuinely good suggestion in that area. |
