I wouldn't need that much ram if I didn't run those services would I?
It's fair to say "Add 128 megs if you need BGP", assuming 128 is what
the daemons need.
Just like any marketing glossy...

While the routing protocols are nice I can see where they just aren't
required for the average T1/DSL internet router that just needs a nice
management interface and some basic filtering. (automated bogon list
downloading anyone?) |
