I'm not aware of any list of differences.
kernel configs are the only major difference. you can find them here:

The Soekris and WRAP images won't work on a standard PC (unless it
happens to be close enough, hardware-wise, and has only sis NIC's).
config.xml has only minor differences, I believe only that the
interfaces come pre-assigned (and they may be pre-assigned to the same
on the PC image, I don't recall offhand).
