Yes, that's what should be done. And it looks like we should also set
svn:eol-style=LF on all .php and .inc files, since they need to be
that way in any case (otherwise the .php scripts will fail to run
with mini_httpd and PHP CGI). Also, the default should be changed to
apply this for all new files - I know it can be set in the client's
.subversion/config file, but it'd be difficult to get everybody to do
it.

Does anybody know of a way to enforce svn:eol-style=LF on all files
with a given extension on the server?
