The MAC pass-through means you are pre-authenticated, but you still have to 
go through to enable the CP.  With Allowed IP Addresses, you bypass CP 
completely.  If you set up some static DHCP mappings, and place those IPs in 
Allowed IP Addresses, you will have the functionality you need.
