After a minute or two of googling, I found this post that makes it sound
like XScale is ARM (unless the poster is wrong?).

The problem is that I'm not sure of what it would take to actually do a
cross compile... I've learned most of what I know about building things on
FreeBSD by looking at Chris's great developers guide (I still refer back to
it regularly!).
