it's roughly as functional as 1.21, however not all the features have been 
tested. what i'd need to test are whether these features work the same in 
1.3aX as they do in 1.21. freebsd changed quite a lot between 4.x and 6.x 
and primarily it's these differences we'd need to test.

the UI et al remains the same.
