Setup mono image problems with step 1.10

I am trying to create a custom image of the monowall system. I get to the
1.10 step and when I run:

perl mklibs.pl $MWROOT > m0n0wall.libs

I get a line in there that gives me the error not found. Any recommendation
on what I can look at to fix this?
