Is it possible to implement the following patch in M0n0wall?

This patch adds support for volume limits on ipfw rules.

 

In this way its possible to implement restrictive volume limits for the
captive portal (and also for the normal firewall)

 

Offcourse, this will need testing before releasing a stable release.
