well, the 1.3 images need lots more testing before they can be stable. for 
starters, i just dont have the time and the resources to test all the 
existing m0n0wall features which were ported over. in many cases, it would 
just be a matter of indicating to me that they work as they did in 1.2 so i 
can progress with the development.
