Here is some work I did to create a logout link rather than a logout
pop-up.  To log out just enter http://<monowall-ip>:8000/logout.php.
Noticed others on the general mailing list requested something like this.
btw. Special thanks to everyone who maintains monowall nice project.  Also
major props to the dude who added the captive portal code.  Very nice.
