I can test on WRAP and partly on PC (VIA EPIA) platform:

- captive + radius
- filtering
- vlan + layer 2/3

uhm, well, almost everything beside VPN but there is for sure someone willing to
build a tunnel to test also the VPN stuff.

I don't want a cent of the prize, I'm just offering testing possibilities as
"opentest" philosophy.
