Going over this list, I have the feeling the porting will be done by
Dinesh, me, (maybe Paul) Scott and the docs by Chris.

Manuel, can you tag the current revision as 1.23b1 so that we can start
using the trunk as 1.3 beta?

PS So far only 2 test reports from 1.23b1 reflecting the new features. 1
saying that M0n0wall now complies with MS IAS (mac formatting) and the
other test result reflecting the speed limits.

I hope we have more luck with the 1.3 beta's.
