Ok, o what if I don't know the IP of the site? And what if Ip was changed?
Isn't it easier to just check the domain name of the page that user is
trying to access? Rather then checking the ip?

The problem here was the www.google.com does not resolve to a single 
address.  You allowed one, but tried to go to another.  You have to allow 
the pool.
