it wasn't removed per se, but rather didn't exist on the initial version of 
m0n0wall which i started the 1.3 development with. for a short time, i 
concentrated on FreeBSD 6.1 related changes rather than the webui and the 
new functions. however, the subversion checked freebsd6 branches are synced 
back to m0n0 1.23b, so this shouldnt be a problem in future releases.
