Yes, but as long as I can read C, it's just a timer (sort of countdown) 
and can actually only deal with seconds. And I don't specially need the 
PID feature for a reboot ;-)

What I need is to be able to specify a schedule (HH:MM:SS format) +  a 
frequency (every week day, every day, etc.).
