Hi,
I also am curious about the state of development of m0n0wall.
Since nothing seems to be happening and I really want my WRAP to run a
manly OS, not a whimpy fli4l linux, I am about to go for pfSense. It'll
be NATing, DHCP and WLAN to LAN bridging, which m0n0wall can do also.
And here is my question:
On the pfSense.com site it is said that pfSense is based on m0n0wall but
further developped, or forked some time in the past. Then why not take
their codebase or copy certain parts, apply m0n0wall specific
modifications, and say so instead of reinventing the wheel?
Cheers,
Alex
