Not sure. I think the steps are: 1) mount the CF r/w, 2) cp the changed 
files, 3) unmount the CF, but I've forgotten the exact details, plus of 
course the device names will depend on which box you're working with.

Exec.php copies it to some location (/tmp ?) and then you do another 
exec.php command, similar to 'cp /tmp/index.php /usr/local/www'.

Last time I did this I spent a bunch of time messing with 'echo *' and 
'echo */*' and 'echo */*/*' until I worked out where everything was.
