Hi Scott!

Reading the source, the main reason for that behaviour is the
gehostbyaddr() function in internet.c. It's not only the added fact that
msntp does not appear to have a maintainer, but also the fact that the
code of msntp seems to be a little bit strange. I think we should also
consider switching from msntp to a better solution for 1.3. If Manuels
thinks about releasing 1.23, I suggest fixing the unneccessary msntp
reverse lookups.
