No one has ever posted to any FreeBSD lists with those errors on dc
cards.  They seem to be very prevalent related to the vr driver, and
it seems to be a driver problem that was fixed in that instance.

It's probably a driver problem, possibly caused by some oddity in your
particular hardware that wasn't a problem with the old driver.  Driver
issues almost certainly aren't going to be addressed by any of the
m0n0wall developers.  If you can, I would try to replicate the problem
with a stock FreeBSD 6.1 install, and if so report it to one of the
FreeBSD mailing lists.

You may be able to work around the driver problem by upgrading your
BIOS and any other firmware that you can.  I would try that first.
