Well aside from providing a forum and some webspace, including mirroring a
few files, I can't do much else, I can also host a domain name.
Development environments, svn repositories, and similar I would normaly be
able to host, but the server I usually use for such projects will be taken
down for unknown amount of time in a week, I might have it down for a
week, might be down a year.
But as for webspace, mirroring, and a community forum and such I can
handle and would be happy to setup, just name your poison, phpbb, yabb,
phpnuke, postnuke. I can have any of the above setup in a very short
time, and a domain setup in under 24 hours.
I have over 3000 gigs of bandwidth every month and over 300 gigs of
webspace, so hosting this isn't a problem at all. My existing sites
usually on use about a gig a month if that.

Hi, Junior
If you are looking for using any virtualization technology on Linux
(but Debian only), my site (www.punknix.com) has a series of these
articles on UML, KVM, Xen and Linux-VServer.
For sponsorship, I have two servers located in Australia and US
respectively serving as download mirror. Unfortunately, I cannot get
a full root access to these nodes to setup development environment
since they are owned by individual sponsors. If you need download
mirror in future, I am able to provide it.
Regards,
Punky
