Has anyone gotten this to work with a GlobalSign OrganizationSSL
intermediate CA certificate? I'm using 1.3b14. I've tried every
arrangement of putting both certificates in the captive portal
certificate box that I can think of and it looks like it just kills the
mini_httpd completely. I get nothing on the captive portal and there is
nothing in the system log to indicate a problem.

Thanks

Thank you! I've just put your patch into the repository, and it will
be in m0n0wall 1.3b10.
