Subject:  Minor bug in system_routes.php and system_routes_edit.php

The Group manger (system_groupmanger.php) builds a table of all *.php
pages and their description. It does that by parsing for a line like
"$pgtitle = array("System", "Group manager") in every *.php page
under /usr/local/www. Unfortunately there's a if..then construction in
the $pgtitle definition in system_routes.php and system_routes_edit.php,
that causes the parser to build an array of ("System: ipv6enabled(",
"system_routes.php") and ("System: ipv6enabled(",
"system_routes_edit.php"). I would suggest to either rewrite the parser
or hardcode the array for those two files.
