1. I just tested mbmon on ~5 sytems running FreeBSD 7.1 - 8.0
and it never works:
What I do
cd /usr/ports/sysutils/mbmon && make install
rehash
mbmon -d
it complaints about not having /dev/smb0 (which not there). so I,
kldload smb smbus
(but still no /dev/smb0)
and also intpm iicbus iicbb
2. I have been checking lmmon a bit more. It seems lmmon gives the same
anwser on diverent servers, I did not notice that before. (sorry)
So this info use useless... At least I have got lmmon working in EEEbox
given fan temp and voltage.
Do you any pointers / suggestions on mbmon?
Kind regards,
Marten
