1.10 would be the logical choice as 2.0 sounds more like a complete structural overhaul. Howver,
1.10 will not work since there is some code that compares the config revision as a float. So... I
guess it will be 2.0 so we don't have to use something silly like 1.91 (or change the code) ;)
