And for a feature introduced in freebsd 9, I just didn't see the point in
porting to freebsd 9 when 10 is due out (tomorrow?)

ipv6 support in ipfw for FWD (ipv6 captive portal improvements).  there are
other benefits like hardware compatibility etc in just going up versions
(we get to drop some patches for stuff too as they are now in freebsd 10) .

there are some improvements in ipfilter as its now 5.x  in freebsd 10 that
may be useful, like some tuneables are now sysctl so we don't need to
recompile, rules can have ttl's too which may be useful.

also 1.8 is going to have it's beta tag removed, so we need a new beta :)
