 Subject:  PPTP Concurrent Connection Limit....
 Date:  Fri, 10 Sep 2004 11:48:18 -0400
I've looked at the list, and there have been a couple people who have
asked about increasing the number of concurrent PPTP connections allowed
above 16. The general recommendation I have seen on the list has been to
use IPSec instead, and while I wholeheartedly agree, I am somewhat
constrained by organizational details that will leave me needing more
than that. I can also easily throw substantial hardware at it if needed.

From a cursory review of the code, it looks like the "n_pptp_units"
value in the $g global array in "/etc/inc/globals.inc". Are there any
obvious reasons why increasing this to a larger value (say 32 or 48)
would not work?

Many thanks in advance....
