Fred,

Thanks for your assistance. Your update and patch files worked perfectly 
and I was able to rebuild the kernel with the HZ=1000 option. Initial 
testing shows that Dummynet now has 1ms granularity and can forward around 
10Mbps without any issues on a Net4801 box. Tomorrow I will try my luck at 
writing a PHP page to show the Dummynet statistics. I already added the 
ability to set the ping size on the ping page.
