Hi all,

After a short discussion with my employer, we have decided to offer a
reward of 100,00 US$ to anyone who can solve our problem.

We need to be able to start a rescue system on m0n0wall that writes a
"factory default" system back to the CF card or hard disk. In this
thread, Dinesh Nair has suggested to do this by using two or more
partitions.

The rescue system should be started, if a certain key is pressed during
boot:
- Reset button on Wrap
- A definable key on standard-pc
- maybe definable button on other platforms

We do not need to write config.xml to these rescue partitions as this
would increase the danger of losing this filesystem as well.

The reward will be paid, if the source and an image (wrap preferred) is
delivered. We'll pay by paypal and we'd like to get a bill for that
(local vat can be added).

If this would be an interesting major feature for m0n0wall, we'd like
to see this in the standard "distribution".

We're happy to hear from you all. Any questions to this list or to
pd at isb dash gmbh dot biz, please.

Best regards,
