Keyboard reset and boot hangs 15sec

Hi,

I'm having trouble with custom built WRAP image of m0n0wal 1.1. I have 
built the image on FreeBSD-4.10-STABLE machine.
I'm using WRAP 1C. It is working fine except following problems:

When I try to reboot m0n0wall from console or web it puts following message 
in the console and hangs forever:

"Keybord reset did not work, attempting CPU shutdown"

After I did hard reset, it begins booting. However in the middle of the 
boot it says following and hangs around 15-20sec:

Aug 15 17:57:11 firewall /kernel: atapci0: <Intel PIIX3 ATA controller> >

How can I solve these problems? Is there any option should I specify in the 
kernel config and compile again?
