I saw exactly the samething when activating accounting.  I correct my problem 
on my radius side.   Radius server is doing that because datareceived from 
mono box are not really exact.. (session ID are not different on each login 
from the same user!!)  

So, to correct my problem, I change the SQL request between Radius and Sql 
server.    If you qant to play with that, let me know I will send my 'new' SQL 
request and .conf file where to change it!

But You need to be able to change config file of radius
