Hi all,

have created a patchset implementing dial-on-demand for PPPoE and PPTP.
Especially useful for people having a time based accounting for their
internet line.

This patch is against Version 1.1. PPPoE was tested by myself. I don't
have a PPTP-Internet account, so PPTP is *untested*! Maybe there's
anybody out there who can test it and give me a result?
