Hmm, ftp://ftp.kame.net/pub/kame/misc/racoon-20040818a.tar.gz (which
is used by the FreeBSD racoon port and also in m0n0wall) doesn't
contain anything about DPD at all... I guess the patch that was
posted to the mailing list is against 20040719a, but it hasn't been
imported into CVS yet.
