FreeBSD 5.3 Network Enhancements

Since m0n0 will be moving to 5.3, I thought I'd provide everyone with a
link to the serious network enhancements this will bring. Most of them
are overkill for smaller networks, but the memory improvements brought
to routing are quite incredible, and should help our 64mb boxes out
quite a bit. Feel free to flame me for the spam...
