Not so easy. M0n0wall uses dnsmasq. dnsmasq is able to use /etc/hosts
to resolv hostnames to ip-addresses. dnsmasq is also able to resolv
domains to ip-addresses. This feature will use an entry in dnsmasq.conf
which isn't in use by m0n0wall. So you have to write your own script to
provide m0n0wall with a correct dnsmasq.conf. A lot of work. Anybody who
want to code this?

Sure, but for such features it may be better to use your own DNS server.
Remember, m0n0wall is a firewall. If you want to code it by yourself I
can help you.
