OK I got some advice on this yesterday but it is still beyond me.
I want to know how to just make the ISO for the generic pc cdrom version.
I have some instructions from a previous post, but is does not make sense.
I look at the bootable cd and I see a directory called boot, and two .gz
files kernel and mfsroot. This does not look like the root files system
available from the download section so what am I missing?!
What I would like instructions how to do is take the root file system and do
what ever and make the ISO for the generic pc cd version. I can collect
things that I need I just have to know what they are. Yes I am a "newbie"
to Linux so I have not been able to figure this out for myself. I am a
windows person so I plan to use the morphix gnome cd to do the work in a ram
drive, I so don't disturb my windows install on my laptop ;)
You can mock me or what ever off list if you like I just want some help
getting this process worked out.
Best Regards,
