I posted Wrap Testing earlier and now after some playing found that if I
plug my wrap board LAN port into a router that auto negotiates and then the
wan then back to the LAN it will finally stay connected but when I move it
direct to my pc with a regular cat 5 it does not work again.
The status page says it is set as follows
sis0: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
inet 192.168.2.1 netmask 0xffffff00 broadcast 192.168.2.255
ether 00:0d:b9:00:76:3c
media: Ethernet autoselect (100baseTX <full-duplex>)
status: active
sis1: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
inet 0.0.0.0 netmask 0xff000000 broadcast 255.255.255.255
ether 00:0d:b9:00:76:3d
media: Ethernet autoselect (none)
status: no carrier
lo0: flags=8049<UP,LOOPBACK,RUNNING,MULTICAST> mtu 16384
inet 127.0.0.1 netmask 0xff000000
Why will this not come up and stay running even connected when direct with
my PC?
