No it isn't. The pppoe connection is provided by mpd [1].

It is possible to check the return status of mpd and write a timestamp
to a temporary file. Going to the interface status page the timestamp
could be read and being displayed in human readable format. Not bad. But
what about connections being broken? Not so simple without parsing the
logs. It would be better to parse the logs for your own, writing a
simple perl script, IMHO.
