I always like additional logging as long as it's handled through the
standard SYSLOG facility. This provides for a way to get the logs onto
another server's hard drive rather than depending on local storage.

That would be a really handy addition if its not already part of this.
FWIW, I run several machines configured as 'open click through' captive
portals for community wireless networks and it would be great to get a
log for what people/MAC addresses have clicked through and since timed
out of the captive portal window (and hence don't show up as current
active portal users).
