Hello,

Magic bandwidth shaping currently lists Hotline as a p2p protocol.  
First of all, Hotline is _not_ p2p, it is client/server. Secondly,  
nobody uses it anymore. It really should not be in the list anymore.

Also, what about some rules to completely prevent p2p?
