How does one go about submitting patch files for monowall?  I have a  
patch file that adds a new Captive Portal option...  Basically, with  
my patch, you can check a box in the Captive Portal screen to not  
allow concurrent logins with the same userID...  I've not tried this  
with radius, but with the local user management it works great...  If  
someone attempts to login using an already active ID, it will  
disconnect the already active user and allow the new user through,  
logging the fact that it terminated a concurrent login in the Captive  
Portal log.

I don't know if this is something that anyone would want in the main  
"train" of Monowall, but we needed it and it wasn't that hard to add.
