 Subject:  config file truncation
 Date:  Sun, 21 Aug 2005 12:02:11 +0200
I'm working on m0n0wall 1.2b7, and I'm experiencing problems with xml config
file.

Sometimes (I can't establish exactly when and I can't reproduce it) the
config.xml file get truncated; the amount of lost data may vary.

I'm using it with heavy load, but because of some "minor" customization I
don't want to upgrade system to 1.2b9 version.

The only try I did was to extend the timeout of config_lock procedure: in
file config.inc, row 535, I changed "sleep(1)" to "sleep(3)", but
truncations even occurs.

If someone experienced similar problem or has some suggestion I would
appreciate.

Thanks,
Marco Gambardella
