Oh (laugh).  I am using 256MB CF cards so I wasn't sure on the size.  I know 
it takes a lot to get it running.  There isn't an official version for 
FreeBSD without patching the guts out of it to get it to work.  And I am not 
so sure I can use or would want to use for that matter a CF microdrive.

But hey if it works.....man that would be sweet.

I was looking around and it doesn't seem like anyone is doing anything like 
this for WiFi hotspots....

But thank you for your help Chris.

If you hear the kicking, screaming and profanity later on it will just be me 
fighting with it.

I was exaggerating, probably by a lot.  It's not small by any means is
my point.

I just know it takes 3 manual HTTP downloads for a total of something
like 75 MB, plus the other downloads that happen automatically, and
many hours of compiling to get it working on FreeBSD.
