Yes. You need to change /etc/fstab and /etc/rc.firmware to use the
secondary master inside mfsroot.

P.S. this image only works on the secondary master - /dev/hd2

I tryed do boot m0n0wall from secondary master HDD(1st controller is not
working)  but
it failed to mount partition where the conf file is, because in fstab so
writed (mount partition on 1st master)
Can it be fixed?
For example fstab coud be created during initrd boot?
